    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I will be very brief because most Members have alluded to what I was going to say. As a new Member, what worries me most is that most Motions passed here are never implemented. This is because we debate and those who are affected, like in this case the Police Force, are looking up to this House to help them with what they go through. However, it is oxymoron to expect police officers to maintain peace when they do not have peace within themselves and where they live. In fact, even transport for them is a mess. Most of the times, they borrow cars from other departments in order to discharge their duties."
