Just the other day as we were seated here, Cardianal Otunga Plaza was vandalised behind our backs and yet we are law makers. Are we making any law? We need to have order. How do we have that order? We should come up with designated areas for picketing and demonstrations. If we do that, we will be at par with people in the developed world who are orderly."
