    "content": "I know people may think that it is not in order to restrict. However, it is through restriction that we get order. For instance, I cannot come without my tie, in this honourable House. It is an order which has been borrowed from elsewhere and it is working. Let us borrow orders and regulations. Even our Constitution and Standing Orders are borrowed from elsewhere and they are working and are doing well to us. I think it is in order for this House to humbly accept my request and support this Motion so that we get soberness and order."
