    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. Just like my colleagues, I rise to support this Motion. Some of us who were in Nairobi in the late 1980s and early 1990s will agree with me that the transport system was very good that time. I remember the number of vehicles within the city center were very few that time. There was no need to even drive your own vehicle to town. If you wanted to go to Ngong, that is where I used to live, you could get a vehicle going through Kiserian, Kenya Bus No.145 and No.111. It was very easy to move around because the system that time was well maintained and well managed. It is only until recently when we started encouraging these small buses, the seven-seater or 14-seater, that we started seeing chaos.
