    "content": "This country is almost losing its face from other countries surrounding us. If you go to Ethiopia and Tanzania, in terms of transport, they have already overtaken us. I want to tell the Members who are saying that this is a Bill for Nairobi that it is not; it is for the entire country. Nairobi belongs to all of us. When we improve services in Nairobi, we even double its Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Nairobi generates more than 60 per cent of what goes to other counties. When we double this, then we will get more National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF) money, and even the governors will get more allocation."
