    "content": "I rise to support this Bill because I see the multiplier effect it is going to have on our economy. We have to note that we are losing almost Kshs100 billion annually because of an inefficient transport system in this country. If you look at other developed cities in the world, especially London, New York and Athens in Greece, where I have lived for many years, this system has worked. I support the Motion on the basis of the impact it will have. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, the Leader of the Majority Party is making noise. He is interrupting me."
