    "content": "Yes. I am supporting this Bill because we are losing a lot of revenue annually amounting to Kshs1 billion because of the inefficient transport system. I am proposing that the Mover should recommend privatisation of this system. The Government cannot fund and run it in an efficient way. We have seen it working in so many countries. I support it because I know the significance of decongesting the city and spurring economic growth in these counties. I am sure if we privatise it, we are going to ensure that it is well run."
