    "content": "This Bill, of course, is going to save energy, time and costs of having to move around the three counties. It is also going to have a lot of impact on microeconomic variables that I am talking about. For this, I recommend that as we implement it through privatisation, the Committee responsible for transport should study how the system has worked in other countries. If the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing is here, I will recommend that he does a further study and bring the findings to this House. It is important for all the Members, especially those who are opposing it, to look at it from a deeper perspective. I am sure it is going to benefit this country. It is going to have a positive impact in our country. With those few remarks, I support the Bill."
