    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I want to comment on what the Member for Mogotio has said. Communities bordering forests have community forester sessions. So, I want to urge forest guards to work very closely with the community forest associations instead of harassing community members. I also want to thank the Member for Mogotio for coming up with this Motion for Zero Hour. As the Member for Marakwet West, on behalf of the great people of both Marakwet East and West, I want to take this opportunity to thank the President and Deputy President for giving us a Principal Secretary for the first time since Independence. We are saying thank you, very much."
