    "content": "Finally, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.46(2)(b), to seek a Statement from the Chairperson of the Committee on Land, Environment and Natural Resources on the provision of water services in Isiolo County, namely the areas of Chumvi, Chumvi Yere, Ngaremare-Daaba and Daaba. In the Statement, the Chairperson should explain:- (1) The status of the provision of water services in Isiolo County (2) The reason for the lack of access to water for residents of those affected areas (3) What action the Government has taken to address this situation and when it will be done.
