    "content": "Traditionally, the Petition should be there for 60 days. Mine is to request the relevant Committee to move with speed so that this issue can be concluded, if possible, in less than 60 days. If possible, we want to amend the Micro-Finance Institutions Act so that it can reflect the interest rate capping. I want to thank the banking industry. I have seen the best lending rates have been reduced from 10 per cent to 9.5 per cent. That means one can borrow to the maximum of 13.5 per cent interest."
