    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, since I joined this Parliament, the idea of providing ambulances to all constituencies has been mooted. It is not a rocket design to find an ambulance to give to constituencies. If the Ministry of Public Health and Sanitation will not mind, the CDF can do that if the money could be channeled through it."
