    "content": "The Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security will propose to introduce amendments to Clause 24 of the Bill so as to strengthen the legal framework within terms that do not unnecessarily make the process of conducting effective investigation, lengthy, complicated and unreasonably protracted. The Committee will, therefore, be proposing to amend clauses 23, 24, 25 and 26 relating to the access of warrants, production orders as well as search and seizure of computer data.
