    "content": "This Bill is supposed to set a legal framework to prevent and control the threat of cybercrime that we see. Basically, the crimes or offences we are looking at are those that are against computer systems or the offences committed by means or use of computer systems. My colleagues have talked about it, but I also want to add that this country has never had a legal framework to handle these kinds of crimes which have so severe and serious repercussions comparable to terrorism. The other wide spread crime that is devastating both to the economy and even social set up is cybercrime."
