    "content": "Thank you Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity to also contribute to this Bill. It is seeking to address the serious question that most members of public have a problem with. I wish to clearly state that I support it. If today the country was to decide to shut down the use of WhatsApp, Facebook and other social media sites, I think it will go into a crisis. There is something we need to understand even though we support the use of computers and access to the internet. Nowadays, we cannot live without them. But we must also understand that however popular some of these undertakings are, they have criminal tendencies which must be legislated upon so that people who access these cyber activities stick to what is good for the country."
