    "content": "From the definition, this is an Act of Parliament to provide for offences relating to computer systems. I took the opportunity to understand it better and went to look at the definition of computer systems and within that definition, I realised they are physical or virtual devices including mobile devices which are part and parcel of computer systems. This is something that is extremely important because we all know that almost all Kenyans own mobile phones. Therefore, they are part and parcel of the system we are talking about.
