    "content": "I rise to support this Bill in the sense that it will bring order. Earlier on, before the advent of the internet, computers and the web, crimes were limited because they were physical. Currently, there are a number of criminals who go scot free. I want to look at a case which one Member has talked about. During the campaign period and even before that, young men and women came up with information that is false, misleading and it assassinated characters of individuals. You do not have anything to pin them down. You can only be silent."
