Temporary Deputy Speaker, at the outset, I would like to say that we are going to support this Bill without any reservations because we need to have a Bill which is constitutional. First and foremost, as speakers who have spoken before me have said, there are quite a number of issues which we need to address. I want to say very clearly that during the Committee of the whole of the House, we must fine tune this Bill for the prosperity of the young people and the nation at large."
