People are stealing from E-Citizen and Integrated Financial Management Information System (IFMIS) which are Government projects to ease the lives of Kenyans. If we do not have laws to protect this, where are we going? We need to do a good law and that is why the Computer and Cyber- Crime Bill is on the floor."
