    "content": "The social media spaces have destroyed families. People have been subjected to pain. Their children do not do well in schools because their parents are attacked in the social media. At the same time, it is important for us to note that there are people who have died of heart attack just because of the propaganda and the lies which are usually perpetrated through the social media. This Bill comes at a time when we need it. It should have been here before. I know that we were not ready for it at that time but the more we look at it, the more we need it."
