    "content": "I agree with the Chair that we need to look at the MoU. I think it can still work. But in my view, and I will say this and many people will not agree with me, it has come a time when we should think. Should KNH not be a teaching hospital for the University of Nairobi (UoN), run from the UoN? That is so that the director of KNH responds directly to the head at the university and not a situation where the director of the KNH is responsible to the Ministry of Health and the Dean of Students is responding to the university. The dean is the one in charge of most of the medical people there. How does that work?"
