    "content": "On a point of order. I think the Leader of the Majority Party is out of order. In this House, we contribute on statements of facts. It is only fair that we have fair administrative action. You cannot use the Floor of the House to prosecute people who are not here, especially those who are professionals and are serving, to defend themselves. Prof. Magoha is serving yet you are mentioning him and his son on the HANSARD. A lot of the things that the Leader of the Majority Party says are pretty weighty and are taken seriously out there. You cannot create and kill the psyche of Kenyans who wake up every day extending hours. We learnt from the Report that many of these doctors are working in excess of 20 hours a day to serve the Kenyan people to see their wellbeing."
