    "content": "We need to know who is going to take responsibility at KNH. Quickly passing the buck to the hospital’s Board of Management is not going to address the fundamental issues bedevilling that facility. Also, victimising an individual in the name of a CEO is not going to address the fundamental issues. Therefore, the Ministry of Health, together with KNH, must find a working formula that will serve this country better. We also must revisit the issue of remuneration. If you want to motivate personnel, they have to be paid well. We have been treated to strike after strike year after year by doctors, nurses and other medical personnel. We need to find a lasting solution so that people can be paid well, particularly those that are taking charge of our health as a nation, to ensure that we do not see strikes and picketing on our streets every year. Is the DCI still working on the case? Is it not too early to look at what the Committee has done?"
