    "content": "This issue is very important and grave than the jokes we have been treated to, especially on social media. As I support this Report, I have listened to talks and speeches by many Members in this House, concerning the issue of personnel. Doctors and nurses have been mentioned in every Member’s speech. I tend to think that even if our health care system is devolved, probably we need to rethink the issue of how to handle personnel in our health facilities. I think it behooves us as a House, and I will be leading that momentum, that we need a health care workers commission. In the recent past and especially last year, there was a nurses’ strike and after they went back to work, there was a doctors’ strike. Those perpetual strikes only put a lot of pressure on the lowest of wananchi and society in this country."
