"content": "Referral Hospital. That is a facility which people are not talking about and yet, it is also a time bomb. We need to see what happens there because there could be similar issues to those in KNH, so that we do not have to start other investigations. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I want to finish my contribution. We have been told that surgery mix-up is not unique to KNH. It has happened elsewhere. If this particular case had not leaked to the media, would it have been easy for anyone to notice? We do not know how many other such incidents have happened. We are not supposed to demonise KNH. When we demonise a facility that we cannot compare with any other in East and Central Africa, it will not be fair for us. Some hon. Members were bashing that facility. They were talking with a lot of laughter. We need to take this matter more seriously."
