Given the wealth of experience that they have, they will also express our thoughts. This is a pertinent issue that affects all citizens in this country. Quite a number of citizens take loans from banks so that they can develop themselves, because there is no way they can develop themselves as citizens without taking loans from the banks. If the interest rates are capped, it will also help in the development of individual families and Kenyans at large. Mr. Speaker, Sir, there is also something that has come out concerning linguistic issues. If Kiswahili can also be used as a language in the PAP, it will be very good because it will also unite us.
