"content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for that magnanimous bend of the rule to allow me to acknowledge the teachers and students of one of the top schools in my county - Chwele Girls High School. It is a school that has a distinction in discipline, performance and every other positive attribute we can give to any girls’ school. I am particularly proud of this school because I have personally built a very modern dormitory there for the girls. I also promise that I will continue working closely with the management of the school. It is even closer to my heart because the secretary general of my party, hon. (Dr.) Eseli Simiyu, in his vocational engagement was a teacher in this school. He says that, that is where he earned his first salary ever in his whole life. For the teachers and students, you are most welcome. I will see you out there when you take a recess from the Speaker’s Gallery."
