    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move: THAT Cause 11 of the Bill be amended— (a) in the proposed new section 32B by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting therefore the following new paragraph - (b) take and subscribe to the oath or affirmation, in public, before a High Court Judge. (b) in subsection (1) of the proposed new section 32D by– (a) deleting the introductory phrase and substituting therefore the following new introductory phrase— Where a vacancy arises in the office of a deputy governor as provided for under section 32C, the governor shall - (b) deleting the marginal note and substituting therefore the following new marginal note — Filling of a vacancy in the office of deputy governor."
