    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, you should have allowed the Senator to persuade us about this amendment. It is not the text but the constitutional position of putting the Senator and other leaders in the executive role of selecting because a deputy governor is a running mate of somebody and also a potential governor. Personally I have not understood the legal context but the political one. The legal context should have been explained more so that we understand where we should step in in such a gap or under which exceptional circumstances and where on earth would such an event occur. For now, I do not even know what you have allowed the Mover to move."
