    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT Clause 4 of the Bill be amended in the proposed new section 4A by inserting the following new subsection immediately after subsection (4) — (4a) The representative from the national government drawn from the Ministry for the time being responsible for urban development appointed under subsection (3)(b)(i) shall serve as the secretary to the adhoc committee."
