I beg to move:- THAT clause 17 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new sub-clause immediately after sub-clause 6— “6(a) The County Executive Committee Member shall furnish the Council with details of the Warehouse whose licence has been revoked within seven days of the revocation of licence by the County Executive Committee Member.” This is just to add value in terms of informing the Council through the relevant County Executive Committee Member who is presiding over trade within the county itself and also in charge of matters related to Warehouse.
