"content": "(1) A person applying for a license under this Act shall, further to other requirements prescribed by the Council or imposed under this Act, provide a performance bond in such form as the Cabinet Secretary may prescribe. (2) A Performance bond shall serve as a financial assurance for the fulfillment of all obligations arising out of the licence under this Act, including potential costs relating to rescue, recovery of other costs and fines, penalties or compensation for violations against this Act, and shall be drawn upon in the prescribed manner.
