    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended by inserting the following new Clauses immediately after clause 41 — Depositing goods Without proper title 41A. A person who deposits goods whose title belongs to another party in a warehouse registered or licensed under this Act without the approval of the owner commits an offence and is liable, on conviction, to a term of imprisonment not exceeding fourteen years."
