    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I commend the Prime Minister for the statement he has made and he made reference to the Economist which I also read and he cited the approval the same Economist magazine has predicted that the Prime Minister will be Kenya’s next president. So, given that that prediction is the basis upon which the Prime Minister cites his approval, I am asking whether in the proposed laws, that in order to achieve the development goals that you have elaborated, you are considering increasing the allocation to the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF), given that the CDF has played a very major role and made a great impact in the development that has led to the Economist prediction and assessment of Kenya."
