    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 2 of the Bill be amended by — (a) deleting the definition of the term “holder” and substituting therefor the following new definition — \"holder\" means a payee or endorsee of negotiable or non- negotiable warehouse receipt who is in possession of the receipt; (b) inserting the following new definitions in the proper alphabetical sequence — \"Agriculture and Food Authority\" means the Agriculture and Food Authority established under section 3 of the Agriculture and Food Authority Act, 2013; \"county executive committee member\" means the county executive committee member responsible for matters relating to agriculture in the respective county;"
