    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The hon. Prime Minister has talked about corruption and indeed, it has hampered our economic growth. We have several Ministers who have been implicated in corruption. We also have a bloated Cabinet. Mostly, the right hand will not know what the left hand is doing. In view of the provisions of the new Constitution, would the Prime Minister and the President be willing to do something about this bloated Cabinet? Are they willing to do a radical surgery and bring it down to 24 as Kenyans are asking?"
