    "content": "Given the unique nature of the first agreement establishing the African Continental Free Trade Area and the Explanatory Memorandum, it requires input of several Members. I direct that the Departmental Committee on Defence and Foreign Relations takes the lead jointly with the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning because of the peculiar nature of that Agreement. The other one goes to the Committee on Regional Integration. Let us move to the next Order. Sorry, let us have the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Health."
