Members, I have noticed that we have a number of Members who have not familiarised themselves with procedure. It is important for me to indicate which Members have contributed, so that they do not speak again, when I am not in the Chair. Hon. Aden Duale and Hon. Kipsang Kipkemoi. Hon.
