We should say that we are introducing a new Bill to cover or secure Kenya’s borders for posterity, to conduct our businesses and be in the community of nations. Today in the cyber age, if we are locked out and they conclude that there is a problem in Kenya and that they do not believe our systems are integral, any attack to other countries will emanate from Kenya. It will be of grave danger."
