    "content": "During the Westgate attack, the Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras were manipulated and the police could not even detect or get images of the terrorists. So, these are very clever people who do things and get away with it. These are some of the things that we need to look at very critically. If you go to other countries and you commit a traffic offence, the cameras will accurately pick you and the next thing is that you will be caught by the police.
