    "content": "On the issue of cyber stalking and cyber bullying, we have seen people being harassed on social media. Others have been emotionally hurt to an extent of committing suicide because of cyber bullying, harassment, false accusation and defamation. I support this so that cases of harassment and bullying can come to an end. On fraud, we have seen many people, companies and even the Government losing money. Therefore, we need to come up with stiff penalties to ensure that cyber fraud comes to an end. In Clause 24 of the Bill, we are giving power to the police officers to search without warrants in special circumstances. We need to look into this so that it is not abused by police officers."
