    "content": "The last stage of the Bill also anticipates that there will be regulations to effect it. We urge those who are responsible to start making them because we want the Bill to come into effect as soon as possible. So, they need to have draft regulations which we will look at and pass to the Committee on Delegated Legislation to look at and bring them to the House so that we pass them."
