Speaker as regards the disobedience to court orders that has become quite prevalent lately in this country and, specifically, about the treatment of my constituent Dr. Miguna Miguna. I need your guidance on this because it is a fundamental subject of public interest. I cannot see it in the Order Paper. So, kindly guide me properly. Thank you."
