    "content": "Order! First, it is not frivolous at all. Even if that particular individual is not his constituent, as a Member of Parliament, you can speak on behalf of anybody. If you rose on a point of order to say the Member is misleading the House, that would be something else. But, looking at it generally, I do not think that is something that should arise. Let us pursue what we had agreed. He should proceed in the normal manner and, if the Motion is approved, he will bring it this afternoon. But, of course, he will have to seek for the numbers. So, let us not bring those sideshows."
