    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Chairman. I wish to support the Leader of the Majority Party on this one. I oppose this amendment because if you reduce the period from 10 to five years, we will have serious financial implications on the Treasury. To that extent, therefore, we will need approval from the Treasury to do that. If there is need to reduce the period, then you need expert advice from actuaries who will then work on the figures and see whether they are viable or not. Five years looks popular but it is not lawful."
