    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I support this Motion because the capacity at the existing facility is very limited. We found that there was congestion at the facility. We concluded that rather than putting more players into an existing facility, it would be wise for the Kenya Ports Authority to establish other berths in Mombasa and elsewhere, for example at Dongo Kundu and Lamu, where additional players can establish grain discharging facilities."
