The consultants have laid the groundwork for that Commission which can now be done mainly by the secretariat. Secondly, I would like to support the idea that the President can appoint the Chairperson through a panel or directly appoint and propose to Parliament for approval, the same way he has done with the Cabinet Secretaries and the Attorney-General."
