Prime Minister, so that the record of this House is accurate and consistent with the history of this country, I know, as your Speaker, that in the days that we used to practise law, I and perhaps, hon. Orengo, hon. Kiraitu and a few other lawyers who may be in this House, there was a deliberate Government policy in place by which we stood guided, that you would not incorporate a limited liability company unless Kenyans had a majority share up to 51 per cent. We complied with that regulation. What happened to it? It is applied in other countries like the United Arab Emirates and works for the benefit of the citizens of those countries."
