    "content": "Yes. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. According to the Motion, we do not want to alter the Constitution but we want to designate and make restrictions. This is because there are people who get affected by the demonstrations and yet they are not directly involved. We want the ruling to be clear. It is not that we want to alter the Constitution, Article 37. We want to have other citizens enjoy their rights. Thank you."
