    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to speak to the constitutionality issue. My colleague, Hon. Oluoch has spoken about Article 24. He started with Article 37 and I agree with him. In fact, I am one of the few people who have an order from court confirming that aspect of the Constitution. We have Article 28 which speaks about the right to human dignity; Article 29 which speaks about freedom and security of the person; Article 39 which speaks about freedom of movement and residence and Article 40 which speaks about protection of right to property.
